Premier Build Group LLC failed to honor their commitment

On March 30, 2016, I signed up for Premier Build Group LLC's repair service at their Stammstad, California location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $658.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amya I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
