Refund refused by Industries & Manufacturing

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2539-WCE-2408 placed with Industries & Manufacturing on October 28, 1985. I paid $131.90 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Carmelo Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
