Misleading advertising by Industries & Manufacturing

On February 21, 1987, I signed up for Industries & Manufacturing's exchange program at their Sigmundchester, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $171.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kenya I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
