I purchased a product from Cozy Lodge & Experiences on October 21, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Carolina O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
