Warranty claim denied by The Royal Residence

On December 8, 1976, I signed up for The Royal Residence's warranty service at their Juliahaven, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $833.25, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cierra C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
