Warranty claim denied by ProsperitySavings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7139-VIN-1887 placed with ProsperitySavings on April 8, 2012. I paid $194.58 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Laurie A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
