AlliedTrust Inc. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5255-XXO-3140 placed with AlliedTrust Inc. on September 4, 1974. I paid $274.15 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elise Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
