I purchased a application from AlliedTrust Inc. on March 2, 2001. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gilberto W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
