United Financial Advisors Qingdao failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a plan from United Financial Advisors Qingdao on December 4, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Daron M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
