I purchased a gadget from RoyalFund on July 31, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Alysa C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
