Quality issues with Master Builders Enterprises product

On April 12, 1973, I signed up for Master Builders Enterprises's exchange program at their Ullrichburgh, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $831.32, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kira A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
