On January 25, 1980, I signed up for Expert Build Inc's customer support at their North Norbertofurt, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $357.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elwyn V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
