LibertyTrust Holdings provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7721-KSM-5124 placed with LibertyTrust Holdings on March 13, 1985. I paid $293.50 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adah Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
