Unsatisfactory resolution from National Trust Mackay

On February 2, 1971, I signed up for National Trust Mackay's technical assistance at their New Hoyt, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $637.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mina F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
