I want to report a serious concern with Global Machine Inc International's item that I purchased on June 4, 1997 from your Ernserport, Delaware store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Elian L., but my issue remains unresolved.
