I am writing regarding order #ORD-8052-QIT-4513 placed with Royal Lodge on April 29, 1981. I paid $573.91 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Addison Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
