Treasury of Premier Corp. refused to address issue

On March 18, 1979, I signed up for Treasury of Premier Corp.'s maintenance program at their Lake Janicemouth, Montana location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $199.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dejuan U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
