I have been a loyal customer of Engineering Company Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-3924-HGZ-2729) on July 28, 1980, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
