I purchased a plan from Industrial Machine on December 13, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madalyn N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
