I purchased a accessory from Industrial Machine on April 17, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kaylie V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
