Unresolved issue with Dynamic Renovations Inc. product

On July 29, 1995, I signed up for Dynamic Renovations Inc.'s troubleshooting service at their Doloresmouth, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $72.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abbey D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
