Poor customer service experience with Royal Palace

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5485-BRD-6556 placed with Royal Palace on March 5, 1994. I paid $972.5 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Isai X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
