Account access issues with Capital Fiscal Brokers

On January 26, 1992, I signed up for Capital Fiscal Brokers's warranty service at their Port Tanyamouth, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $67.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Anika I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
