Misleading advertising by PrestigeCredit Woodlands

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5682-KDY-3711 placed with PrestigeCredit Woodlands on August 20, 2000. I paid $757.81 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tillman V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
