I purchased a subscription from Wealth Alliance on May 15, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Esperanza J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
