Refund refused by Elite-Engineering George Town International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2506-YPP-5944 placed with Elite-Engineering George Town International on June 15, 2001. I paid $706.60 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeffrey A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
