Finance Management Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2558-MIL-4588 placed with Finance Management Corp. on April 5, 2007. I paid $452.59 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maritza K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
