I purchased a accessory from Resort at Royal International on February 23, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jessika U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
