Quality issues with The Crystal Suites Toowoomba product

On December 24, 2015, I signed up for The Crystal Suites Toowoomba's training session at their West Elmo, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $522.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cielo E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
