Warranty claim denied by Prime Assembly Systems

On January 15, 2008, I signed up for Prime Assembly Systems's exchange program at their Bartonmouth, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $406.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rahul V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
