Diamond Inn & Getaways Inc. refused to address issue

On November 1, 1998, I signed up for Diamond Inn & Getaways Inc.'s training session at their South Brooklyn, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $817.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ralph G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
