I purchased a unit from Precision-Builders on April 23, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elijah O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
