Hidden fees discovered from Comfort Retreat & Resorts LLC

On June 2, 1988, I signed up for Comfort Retreat & Resorts LLC's warranty service at their Vidalfort, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $32.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Susie Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
