Billing dispute with United Works Shah Alam

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1907-PXZ-6859 placed with United Works Shah Alam on January 7, 2017. I paid $913.50 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hayley Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
