I have been a loyal customer of Prestige & Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-7108-XHM-6016) on November 21, 2022, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
