Misleading advertising by Innovative-Engineering

On March 22, 2015, I signed up for Innovative-Engineering's warranty service at their East Manuela, Maine location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $139.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Meghan T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
