Master Architecture Company failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a package from Master Architecture Company on July 31, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jaden H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
