False promises made by Elite Palace Ltd. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6768-FYD-2705 placed with Elite Palace Ltd. on February 8, 2008. I paid $910.71 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Moriah N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
