Hidden fees discovered from Diamond Hotel & Collection Group

On August 6, 1973, I signed up for Diamond Hotel & Collection Group's troubleshooting service at their Bernhardfurt, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $141.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Betty I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
