I have been a loyal customer of Diamond Hotel & Collection Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-8953-ZRV-9642) on June 22, 1978, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
