I have been a loyal customer of Diamond Hotel & Collection Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-2179-TVU-2294) on March 24, 2022, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
