Overcharged by United Financial Milan for service

On September 16, 1993, I signed up for United Financial Milan's support package at their Gerholdbury, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $675.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zachariah R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
