Hidden fees discovered from United Financial Milan

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7891-TWQ-4886 placed with United Financial Milan on April 20, 1993. I paid $449.83 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dax H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
