False promises made by Tranquil Hotel International representative

On July 18, 2011, I signed up for Tranquil Hotel International's training session at their Funkton, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $681.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Wilhelmine Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
