Warranty claim denied by Haven Hospitality International

On August 8, 2009, I signed up for Haven Hospitality International's repair service at their Veumland, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $501.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alyson L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
