Unresolved issue with Dynamic Production Industries product

On June 10, 2004, I signed up for Dynamic Production Industries's technical assistance at their Baileyton, Maine location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $429.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vallie Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
