Hidden fees discovered in Sovereign Finance statement

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8388-LUR-4548 placed with Sovereign Finance on December 2, 1987. I paid $289.85 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kyler J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
