Unsatisfactory resolution from Tranquil Suites

On June 19, 2012, I signed up for Tranquil Suites's training session at their Domenicofurt, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $270.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lila S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
