I have been a loyal customer of Stay Getaways Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-6512-WCB-1079) on April 16, 1973, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
