I want to report a serious concern with Paradise Mansion Inc.'s accessory that I purchased on March 30, 2003 from your Turnerview, Wyoming store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Delilah W., but my issue remains unresolved.
